She also monitored high risk investments for a major foundation’s international and domestic Program-Related Investment portfolio, with a focus on conservation and science; population and reproductive health; and children, families, and communities.
An expert in Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFIs), healthy food financing, microenterprise and small business investment domestically and internationally, Ginger has taken a lead role in implementation of multiple national policy initiatives to increase access to affordable financial services and food access in low-income/low-wealth communities.
