Ginger McNally is the founder of Mission + Money Matters, a consulting firm supporting the growth and innovation of community investment strategies domestically and internationally. She has extensive background in mission investing and organizational capacity building, including serving as Chief Executive Officer of the Santa Cruz Community Credit Union, an innovative $86 million community development credit union. She designed and implemented a national infrastructure for Catholic Relief Services in El Salvador to create access to credit and technical assistance for over 4,000 micro-entrepreneurs. Ginger also monitored the international and domestic mission investing portfolio with $180 million in loans, equity investments, and loan guarantees for a family foundation with a $6.7 billion investment portfolio.

As Senior Vice President for Knowledge Sharing at Opportunity Finance Network, Ginger McNally assists community development financial institutions (CDFIs) strengthen their financial, operational, and management performance. She helps foundations and banks design and implement CDFI investment strategies to meet their mission and community reinvestment objectives, increase access to capital and development services for underserved communities, and support job creation nationally.

Ginger McNally has a Masters of International Public Administration with a specialization in International Economic Development from Monterey Institute of International Studies. She pursues her commitment to global equity and ending poverty by serving on boards of directors of international development organizations. Ginger lives on a small family farm and is an avid ocean rower.
