Ginger McNally has more than thirty-five years of experience leading organizations with a commitment to improving access to opportunity for people and communities around the world. With a belief that change is possible, Ginger brings enthusiasm and experience in working with diverse organizations. She assists community-based financial institutions, foundations, and nonprofits to develop and implement strategies to sharpen their vision, improve organizational effectiveness, and strengthen their sustainability.
In her work in Latin America, the Caribbean, Africa, and North America, Ginger is known for her thoughtful and culturally-sensitive approach to working with others to solve complex challenges. With her background in microenterprise, small business lending, and community development credit union management, Ginger brings financial expertise as well as a commitment to social equity and environmental stewardship to her work.
